INGREDIENTS: Chilli, sea salt, caraway, cumin, coriander seed, garlic, mint, coriander leaves.

This is a tasty spice mix, and I like it. I added some to humous on toast. I shall do that again, and try it in a tagine. But the main ingredients of all the other brands I've used have been paprika and roast capsicum, both absent from this blend, so I no longer feel I know what harissa actually is! Either way, a warning: the built-in grinder is so coarse most of the ingredients slip straight through whole. I don't see it matters, but if you do want it ground you're going to need a separate device.

This is the best harissa I've ever used, it completely out-classes the paste and ready-ground spice

WE REGARD THIS AS VITAL! A COUPLE OF GRINDS WHEN COOKING FISH, CHICKEN, RICE OR VEGETABLES THIS BLEND IS PERFECT. IT ENLIVENS EVERYTHING. WE HATE TO BE WITHOUT IT.

This is the second time I have bought this. I use it on all types of food. Slow cooked beef, salads, pasta, and soups. It's very versatile
